Pocket Clinic Corporation (“Pocket Clinic,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through pocketclinic.life (the “Website”), how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this Website and not to any future product, clinical study or other service, which will be covered by separate notices.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you use the “Send us a message” form on our Contact page, we collect your name, email address and the contents of your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our Website and its hosting and security providers automatically collect limited technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies, described below.

We do not knowingly collect health information through this Website, and we are unable to receive or store health information of any kind. Please do not include personal health information in messages you send to Pocket Clinic.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiries and communicate with you, including about partnership or investment opportunities you have asked about;
  • operate, maintain, secure and improve the Website, including protecting it against spam, fraud and malicious activity;
  • understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the Website; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. The Website uses cookies that are necessary for it to function and stay secure, and cookies set by our hosting provider to measure site traffic and performance. The Website also loads fonts from Google Fonts and may display an embedded Google Map, which allow Google to receive technical information such as your IP address. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the Website may not work properly if you do.

  • Our advisors, including Tuck Advisors, which assists us with investor relations and handles inquiries sent to our investor contact address;
  • Authorities or others where required by law, or where necessary to protect our rights, our users or the public; and
  • A successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Policy.

As a result, your information may be stored or accessed outside your province or country and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, such as responding to and following up on your inquiry, or as required by law. We then delete it or make it anonymous.

How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and website security monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
